ah, I get it. So its basically a pouch or "pack" of water that straps around your waist and is situated so it rests near your butt or "fanny." Sorry, my fault. I should go to my optometrist because I'm obviously going blind. :-)
Oh, also, speaking of fannies... we need to get off ours and play some tennis.
Sandra, any comment on the Orioles beat down yesterday? Ouch!!
