Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you had lots of yummy food and good rest! Dan and I cooked a 12 pounder (organic turkey who had a happy life, I hope) just for two of us, ensuring lots of leftover turkey meat. We already had turkey omelet and turkey sandwich and I made three gallons of turkey stock! More turkey dishes to come.
the only places open were Jack in the Boxes and Chinese diners.......so we had Thanksgiving sushi!
Sandra, I watched "Rocky Balboa" the other day and it was far far better than "The United States of Leland." I definitely recommend "Rocky Balboa."
